Doors Open – ITV Drama

Shooting starts tomorrow – Sunday 22nd April on “Doors Open”, a new full length drama which will be screened on ITV later in 2012. Based upon the book by Ian Rankin, the cast includes: Douglas Henshall, Stephen Fry, Lenora Critchlow, Brian McCardie and a host of other brilliant actors. I am fortunate enough to have landed the part of “Wee Martin” who is a member of the gang put together to do a heist. It’s going to be a lot of fun, more details and a transmission date will be posted when I get them.

Sport Relief 2012 – Sock Sliding Competition

I will be hosting the Sport Relief 2012 Sock Sliding Competition

on Tuesday 21st February between 10am and 12 noon at

Sainsbury’s Olympia, Olympia Arcade, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 1LX

The “Sock Sliding Ruler’ will be laid out along the floor at the front of the Store and each ‘slider’ will be allowed three attempts to run up and slide for as long as possible along the sock sliding ruler.

The Store Manager will be the adjudicator so come along and see how far you can slide in a pair of Sport Relief 2012 socks. We will all have a great laugh and you will be doing a great thing for charity – see you at The Olympia Centre!
